No. The phone app is free for everyone on your team. They see their shifts, clock in, request holiday, swap shifts and read payslips.
Does it work with my payroll software?+
Yes. Payroll downloads as a Sage 50 import file, a plain report, or a PDF for your accountant. Payslips from Sage can be imported back and are matched to each employee automatically.
Is it built for UK rules?+
Yes. Bank holidays, Working Time Regulations warnings, 12.07% holiday accrual, right-to-work document reminders and six-year record keeping are all built in. Data is stored in London.
Can I run more than one site?+
